The legendary Papcio Chmiel is back with a new comic!

A few words from the publisher:

Papcio surprises his readers again! The next, sixth historical album of the adventures of Titus, Romek and A'Tomek. This time the heroes of the comic are sent during the war of Prince Bolesław III Krzywousty with Germany. The iconic cartoonist reaches for the chronicles of Gall Anonim, Wincenty Kadłubek and Jan Długosz and leads his characters through princely courts and battlefields. Titus becomes Titus, Romek - Romeo, and A'Tomek - Atomir, and they go to the rescue. And if you add that Atomir becomes a poet? This is a must read!

As the author assures: "The chronicler Gall Anonim and Prince Bolesław Krzywousty will probably be impressed when they see the album on sale." The new comic contains 45 new, colorful charts full of adventures of our favorite characters. Finally, as Papcio happily says, "Only barbaric peoples don't have comics."

Henryk Jerzy Chmielewski (Papcio Chmiel) is the most popular comic book author in Poland, graphic artist, cartoonist and publicist, nestor and master of Polish comic book creators. He was born on June 7, 1923 in Warsaw. He was a participant in the Warsaw Uprising. He began his graphic career in 1947 as a cartoonist in "Świat Przygód" and then in "Świecie Młodych". He was most popular with the comic book series 'Tytus, Romek and A'Tomek' which had been appearing since 1957, which set the level of comic narrative, technique and humor in creativity for younger readers. Henryk Jerzy Chmielewski has been awarded many times for outstanding services to the independence of the Republic of Poland and for achievements in the development of Polish culture; he was awarded, among others The Warsaw Uprising Cross, the Gold Medal for Merit to Culture Gloria Artis (2007), the Commander's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (in 2009 during the celebration of the 65th anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising). He is a Knight of the Order of the Smile. He lives and works in Warsaw. Readers who grew up on his work nostalgically welcome the resumption of famous books today, buy them for their children and eagerly await the new adventures of their beloved heroes from their childhood.

A few words from me:

Although I'm not a fan of comics, I imagine what this position means for lovers of drawings and adventures of legendary characters. The book is published in the form of an album, which means that watching it can turn into real pleasure and be almost celebrated. I recommend for long summer evenings!
