Why do we need fun?
While playing, the child can safely reveal your emotions, especially the negative ones. Watching the playing child, we can meet his needs, desires, interests, frustrations and fears and how to deal with these different emotions. Playing time allows for release from tension. Especially play therapy is recommended for children hyperactive, aggressive, withdrawn, distrustful.
How to play with your child?
Adult creates space for fun, gives you a lot of time and props. The child in the game does not feel assessed or forced, it is the place and time in which he should feel safely and freely. A child gets to know the world better, but above all, their own abilities and limitations. Fun can enrich the child's emotional life, strengthen his independence and emotional stability.
How can you establish a better relationship with your child?
The games I introduce can be carried out therapist during psychological classes, but also a parent playing with the child at home.
